welcome!
what can i say? well, i guess im the vegan cook in these here parts! my goal? well lets say i have a basic premise of organic, local and fresh food.

firstly, we buy direct from the farmer where possible. This means our food will be fresher and support independent growers instead of corporations that put profit before quality and health. We also buy ethically in other ways such as using a local cooperative in elephant and castle for our bulk grain needs, helping maintain a local asset that has run for twenty years. We compost all raw food waste and use the compost locally on our allotment and gardens, where we also gather food for the day!
Also your night be interested to know will be made carbon neutral by our tree planting scheme with the woodland trust (excluding your travel here, oh… and you bottle of plonk!) basically we will plant two trees per year.
